COURSE OVERVIEW

Dermatomyocis refers to superficial fungal infection of the skin or its appendages. Superficial fungal infections can be divided into three broad categories viz. dermatophytic infections, tinea versicolor, and cutaneous diagnosis, and prevention of tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris,tinea capitis, tinea facei, tinea mannum, tinea versicolor, cutaneous candidiasis and onychomycosis is presented in the module. the treatment approaches are discussed in detail.
